| At the end of May 2020, the European energy project jointly invested by our company and European partners received positive feedback,the overall project progress exceeded expectations. There are two wells that will be connected to the main pipeline through pipeline before they can produce natural gas. The original project company will soon merge with an oil and gas company in Poland to become the largest foreign oil and gas company in Poland. And in September, the road show of the merged company is planned to raise 15 million to 20 million US dollars for the development of natural gas projects. With the funds in place, the company is expected to produce 7mmcf gas per day within 12 months. The company will generate $15m USD free cash flow in the first year of production. The overall development plan is proceeding step by step. |
